Amazon Selling Partner Application
One application that connects to your Amazon Selling Partner account and tells you the truth about it: which listings are losing you sales, what you actually keep after Amazon's fees, where a stock-out is about to suppress a SKU, and which product really earned last month's settlement. Then it fixes the content with AI and writes it back.

How it works
Connect. Diagnose. Fix.
Three steps, and the first one takes two minutes. You authorise through Amazon's own consent screen — we never ask for your Seller Central password.
01
Connect
Authorise Heterize from Seller Central with Login with Amazon. Your marketplaces are detected automatically. Two minutes, no credentials shared.
02
Diagnose
We sync your catalogue, orders, pricing and settlement, then score every listing and rank what is actually costing you money.
03
Fix
Generate the missing content with AI, price against real net proceeds, and push approved changes back to Amazon in bulk.
Features
Six modules, one connection.
Each module maps to a specific Selling Partner API role. Turn on the ones you need — you are only ever quoted for what you switch on.
Listing & content health
SP-API role · Product Listing
Every SKU you sell, pulled into one table and scored — so you stop guessing which listings are quietly costing you sales.
- Full catalogue sync from your Amazon listings report, refreshed on demand.
- A 0–100 quality score per listing, weighted across text (45%), imagery (40%) and A+ content (15%).
- Specific, severity-ranked issues: thin titles, missing bullets, too few images, no A+ module, suppressed listings.
- Bulk edit titles, bullets, descriptions and keywords, then write the corrections straight back to Amazon.
- Filters, saved column presets and a per-SKU detail panel for working through a backlog.

A+ content audit
SP-API role · Product Listing
A+ content is the single largest uplift most catalogues are leaving on the table. We find where it is missing and rank it by what it would be worth.
- Detects which ASINs have active A+ content and which do not.
- Feeds the A+ gap into the same quality score, so one number reflects the whole listing.
- Prioritises the ASINs where adding A+ would move revenue most, not just alphabetically.
- Pairs with the AI engine below to draft the copy blocks for the modules you are missing.
Amazon data this module uses
- Listings Items API — A+ content association on your own ASINs

Pricing IQ
SP-API role · Pricing
Competitor prices are easy to find. What you actually keep after Amazon's fees is not — so we compute that instead.
- Live competitor offers and Buy Box context for every ASIN in your catalogue.
- Amazon's own fee estimates per SKU — referral, fulfilment and closing fees.
- A recommended price with the net proceeds you would keep at that price, per unit.
- Price-change history so you can see what a move actually did to margin.
Amazon data this module uses
- Product Pricing API — competitive pricing and offers
- Product Fees API — Amazon's fee estimate for your own SKUs

Orders & inventory
SP-API role · Inventory and Order Tracking
Orders, line items and stock in one place, so a stock-out shows up before the listing goes dark.
- Orders with full line-item detail and fulfilment status across your marketplaces.
- FBA inventory levels, with out-of-stock and low-stock detection surfaced on the overview.
- Customer returns pulled in alongside, so return rate sits next to the SKU that caused it.
- Per-ASIN order history, linked from the listing detail panel.
Amazon data this module uses
- Orders API — your own orders and line items
- FBA inventory and customer-returns reports
Required role
Inventory and Order Tracking
Settlement & finance
SP-API role · Finance and Accounting
Amazon's settlement report tells you what you were paid. It does not tell you which product earned it. We do that.
- Settlement broken down per product: revenue, every fee line, returns, tax and net.
- Reconciles against the payments report in Seller Central, so the numbers are auditable.
- Fee drift detection — flags when Amazon's fees on a SKU move against you.
- Feeds true net margin back into Pricing IQ, so price recommendations use real settled numbers.
Amazon data this module uses
- Finances API — financial events for your own account
- V2 settlement report
Required role
Finance and Accounting
AI flat-file engine
SP-API role · No Amazon data — works on files you upload
The part of Heterize that runs entirely on your own spreadsheets: bulk listing content, generated and formatted for Amazon upload.
- Upload a product Excel, get Amazon-ready titles, bullets, descriptions and backend keywords.
- Matches your data to the right Amazon category template and outputs a valid flat file.
- Parent/child variation builder for size, colour and pack-size families.
- Image tooling: attribute analysis, zoomable-image links, bulk link conversion and background removal.
- Runs as a queued job with live progress, cancellation and downloadable output.

Data access
Exactly what we read, and why.
Heterize requests the minimum set of Selling Partner API roles the features above require. Here is the whole list, in plain language.
| SP-API role | What we read | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Selling Partner Insights | Which marketplaces your account participates in, and your seller account identity. | To detect your marketplaces automatically at connection time and route every later call to the right region. |
| Product Listing | Your listings, their attributes, images and A+ association; merchant listing and defect reports. | To score listing quality, surface suppressed and incomplete listings, and write your approved corrections back. |
| Pricing | Competitive offers for the ASINs you sell, and Amazon's fee estimates for your SKUs. | To recommend a price and show the net proceeds you keep after Amazon's fees. |
| Inventory and Order Tracking | Your orders and line items, FBA inventory levels and customer returns. | To show fulfilment status, catch stock-outs before they suppress a listing, and attribute returns to SKUs. |
| Finance and Accounting | Financial events and settlement reports for your account. | To reconcile payouts per product and compute true net margin. |
And what we never do
- We do not request the Restricted Data (PII) role. Buyer names, addresses, emails and phone numbers are never retrieved or stored.
- We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not pool it with other sellers' data.
- We do not sell, share or resell any Amazon data, aggregated or otherwise.
- We do not write anything to your Amazon account except changes you explicitly review and approve in the app.
Security
Built to Amazon's data protection policy.
Your Amazon connection is the most sensitive credential you will ever hand a third party. We treat it that way.
OAuth, never passwords
You authorise through Login with Amazon from Seller Central. We never see, ask for, or store your Amazon password.
Tokens encrypted at rest
Amazon refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they touch the database, and are never returned by any API response or written to a log.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection — browser to us, and us to Amazon — is TLS. There is no unencrypted path for your data.
Isolated per seller
Your data sits in its own row-level-secured scope. One seller's credentials cannot read another seller's catalogue, orders or settlement.
Disconnect means deleted
Disconnecting your account revokes the token and cascade-deletes the listings, orders and settlement data we held for it.
Least privilege
We request only the roles the features on this page need. No Restricted PII role, and no role we do not actively use.
Pricing
Custom priced. Quoted in writing.
There is no fixed price list, because a 200-SKU brand on one marketplace and a 40,000-SKU distributor on five are not the same product. Tell us your shape and we send an itemised quote within one business day — a fixed monthly figure, per module, with nothing hidden underneath it.
Catalogue size
How many SKUs we sync and score. A 200-SKU brand and a 40,000-SKU distributor are different pieces of work.
Marketplaces
Each additional Amazon marketplace adds its own sync, its own fee model and its own settlement stream.
Modules you turn on
Take the whole engine or only the parts you need — listings, pricing, orders, settlement, flat-file — priced per module.
AI generation volume
How much listing content you generate each month. Light users pay materially less than teams relisting continuously.
Included in every quote
- Guided onboarding and first catalogue sync, done with you
- Unlimited users on your account — we do not charge per seat
- All marketplace syncs for the marketplaces in your quote
- Email support with a one-business-day response target
- Product updates and new modules at no extra cost during your term
- Your data exportable to Excel or CSV at any time
No surprises
Your quote is a fixed monthly figure for a fixed term. There are no per-order fees, no percentage of your Amazon revenue, no per-seat charges, and no usage overage billed after the fact — if you outgrow your band we tell you before anything changes. Nothing is charged until you accept a quote in writing.
Support
A real person, within a business day.
Onboarding is included in every quote — we sit with you for the first connection and the first catalogue sync, and we do not leave until the numbers reconcile against Seller Central.
Questions
Before you connect.
Amazon Selling Partners on a Professional selling plan who manage their own catalogue — brands, private-label sellers, distributors and the agencies that run catalogues on their behalf. It is most useful above roughly 100 SKUs, where manual auditing stops being realistic.
